Hello!

Happy Earth Day to you! Did you hug a tree today? If not run outside now and show some love…

I did a video again of our Tarot reading and I also share with you what I am working on and a yoga meditation to rekindle our inner fire and connect to our primal creative force.

In the video I share with you our tarot guidance for the week to come in a Clarity Spread. The big question this week is ” What is going on? What do we need to know?”.

The answer is:

And to see what this means, please check the video:

As promised in the video hereby some tips to empower our first chakra, so we can feel safe to live our truth and no longer look away. To be authentic and honest.

  • The Sufi Grind helps release stagnant energy from the base of the spin; Sit down in a cross-legged position. Place your hands on your knees. Begin to churn your lower torso, making big circles by moving your navel to the front, side, back, opposite side, and front again. Allow your chin to come up naturally as you churn your spine forward and down as you churn backward. Coordinate the movement with your breath by inhaling as you rotate your torso forward and exhaling as you arc it back. Continue for one to three and a half minutes. And reverse the direction halfway through. This motion also aids in digestion and helps remove toxins from the kidneys, gallbladder, liver, and spleen. It also balances the adrenal glands which get depleted from prolonged stress.
  • Affirm: ” I am safe, I trust, I am centered and grounded, I am connected to my body, I am open to possibilities”
  • Chant the mantra LAM
  • Crystal Therapy for the Root Chakra: Azurite, Bloodstone, Chrysocolla, Obsidian, Golden Yellow Topaz, Black Tourmaline, Carnelian, Citrine, Red Jasper, Smokey Quartz.
  • Healing the Root Chakra with Nature: The muladhara’s element is Earth. Simply getting out and experiencing the sounds and smells of Mother Nature will have a positive effect on this chakra. Sitting on the grass, under a tree is an ideal spot to sit and allow yourself to absorb these earthly energies! The main idea is to work at growing your ”roots” in a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Nutrition for the Root Chakra: Red Foods, such as red apples, strawberries, red cabbage. Ginger, carrots, or beets, or foods with “roots” and foods that are high in protein, such as eggs, meat, beans, nuts.
  • Aromatherapy/Essential Oils for the Root Chakra: Sandalwood, Cedar, Rosewood, Ginger, Cloves, Black pepper, Rosemary.

I wish you a happy and energetic week, filled with joy & passion.

Much love, Charissa xxx
