Happy New Year – may your vision come to fruition

Hiya!!

Happy New Year!! I wanted to get this out to you yesterday, but I guess I was lost in time 😉

As yesterday the 25th of July was the Day Out of Time. According to the Mayan Calendar which follows the moon cycles allowing for 13 months of 28 days with one extra day which equals the same number of days as the awkwardly contrived Gregorian 52 week calendar.

This is a time of pause before starting a new cycle of 364 days.

The Day Out of Time is celebrated the world over by people of all cultures who recognize the importance of a natural reckoning of time. It’s a day that promotes themes of forgiveness, atonement, celebration of life and community. A day of reverence and respect for all life, a dedication to the beauty of eternal time, and an outreach of cultural and community exchange and education relative to the concept of natural time.

So today 26 July, we start a new Planetary Year and a perfect opportunity to refresh our vision and intentions for this brand new cycle. A new phase of life. Also in Egypt this time of year marks a new start. Ancient Egyptian culture was closely tied to the Nile River, and it appears their New Year corresponded with its annual flood. The Egyptian (and Atlantean) New Year was predicted when Sirius—the brightest star in the night sky—first became visible after a 70-day absence. Better known as a heliacal rising, this phenomenon typically occurred in mid-July just before the annual inundation of the Nile River, which helped ensure that farmlands remained fertile for the coming year. The New Year was seen as a time of rebirth and rejuvenation, and it was honored with feasts and special religious rites.

And this is a time of fertility and bounty for mankind. We also are nurtured and guided to come to great spiritual growth. Everything is now moving at warp speed. Great changes are happening daily. We may not notice because we are in the middle of it. But we are shifting and upgrading. This is why many of us feel tired, on edge and well ‘strange’…

The Galactic Year is based upon the more natural cycles of creation and guides us into a natural rhythm. Tap into this rhythm and go with the natural flow. You are galactic, you are a star…
SHINE ON!

Much love,

Charissa
