Happy Full Harvest Moon in Pisces. I hope you are having empowering day! This Full Harvest Moon is on the date of Friday the 13th (not everywhere, in The Netherlands where I live on Saturday morning) and only happens once every 20 years!
I sure had very vivid and powerful dreams last night, some I still try to make sense of. I will meditate and journal more on them, wrote pages and pages this morning.
Yesterday, Friday, the day of Venus, I did a Love Spell powered by the Full Moon. As you may have read in previous blogposts, I am ready to date and fall in love again. ❤︎
And today I did Full Moon in Pisces tarot reading, which I will share below.
Later today I will visit La Botanica in Amsterdam to get inspired and buy some ingredients. And I will spent the day outside enjoying the gift of beautiful weather and a day off.
Some astro babble
This Full Moon the Sun and Mars are in Virgo and the Moon, Neptune and Lilith are in Pisces, which can trigger old wounds and conflicts, especially around self-worth. There are huge transformations taking place, so please be kind to yourself. Also after a row of Super Moons, we now have a Micro Moon and it doesn’t mean it doesn’t have any power, instead of illuminating what happens in the outside world, this moon enlightens the subconscious realm, that feminine, intuitive, deep dark waters realm. It is more subtle so pay attention, especially to your dreams.
My personal Lilith is in Pisces so I know this energy well and yes I am being challenged a lot lately. Thankfully I am aware of what and why this is happening, so I will not make any decisions from discomfort or a sense of hopelessness, I hope you won’t either. Sit out the storm, clear your head and heart before making any decisions. Don’t make things worse just to get stuff moving and being impulsive. Stay in the eye of the storm and observe what is happening within you and ask yourself why. What can you release now? Analyse, don’t react. Let go of the need to control and don’t set such high expectations for yourself, don’t be so strict. Let go of strive. Take time, self reflect and rest as this takes more energy then you may be aware of. It is okay to take a break and rest, it is imperative.
When two planets are opposing each other this can bring up tension. A full Moon will heighten emotions, so it directs you to where you need healing and attention. The Pisces energy can make you extra sensitive to outside influences and like Virgo, Pisces likes to serve, though Virgo is more practical than Pisces, Pisces is more self sacrificing in their service and can be influenced more easily. So set clear boundaries as they may be blurred at this moment and with the Sun standing with Mars this can make you feel feisty and angry. Don’t get carried away and channel that anger for good and also analyse why you are upset? Who is crossing your boundaries? Who is pushing your buttons? And why are they being pushed? What are you self destructing habits/behaviors? Are you taking care of yourself? And what are you running away from? See if you can find a healthy release for your anger in say the creative arts and movement such as dance. And re-member to take time to recharge as this Moon may be very draining on you, especially if you have Pisces in your chart.
Pisces are idealists and dreamers, they love the mystical and are very intuitive. This is all wonderful, just beware to ground properly and don’t drift off on a pink cloud. Get real and know when your dreams are a bit too good to be true. Virgo can be a very sobering sign. Stay balanced.
Also today Mercury and Venus leave the sign of Virgo and enter the sign of Libra, this will be a relief as it reminds us there is a balance to everything and this opens us up to the equinox of the 23rd. Saturnus will also be moving forward again, so time to make practical plans.

- Judgement speaks for my subconscious and it is telling me to wake up and make a decision on my purpose. Forgive myself and take the next step and clarity will find me. Deep down I know (and feel!!) exactly what it is I want, I just have to stop resisting it.
- The Hanged Man (RX) reveals a resistance to change and not wanting to let go of the past. Resisting but at the same time deeply craving closure and completion of a cycle. I dream of a new beginning.
- The Sun (RX) speaks of a temporary depression, letting go hurts, it brings loneliness and although I may feel strong deep inside, there are moments that I repress my voice and ❤︎
- The Hierophant lets me know that it is time to release all belief systems, ‘teachers’, the need to fit in and group think. I know my truth and have to follow my ❤︎ – not someone else’s.
- The Tower (RX) again speaks of a fear of change, but change is inevitable, it is ready to emerge, with or without me complying. Deep meaningful lessons are revealed after upheaval and unwanted change makes priorities crystal clear once everything else has been stripped away. Now as this card is in reverse I feel I can divert this unwanted change if I only take in the lessons above and make the change, be the change, this collapse doesn’t have to take place if I decide and take the steps, this is a warning. Make a decision of pure intent and from the ❤︎
- The Universe (RX) also tells me there are unfinished lessons, I need to take the vital steps and set deeper intentions. Let go of the pain of the past and reflect on where my ❤︎ would like to go to and let it guide me on my next step.
We are just nine days away from the Autumnal Equinox. The point of balance between night and day!
