Happy Full Moon!

The Harvest Moon arrives today in Aries and this fiery Full Moon is a call for courage as boundaries are set and authority is calibrated. Aries is the sign of independence and strength, and its full moon today inspires inner courage.

This is a call against despair, and an ignition of our strength. Feelings of not being able to go on and of not belonging is a deep wound that is now being felt. This is a time to break free from straining ties and claim our autonomy. It is reminding us to take none of our individual freedoms for granted. This Full Moon is conjunct Chiron, also called the Wounded Healer and this Full Moon is connected to the New Moon in Aries that occurred back on March 24th (around when most countries started to lock-down), which was also conjunct Chiron.

Chiron shows that the deepest old wounds are being healed around the ego and a deep sense of not being able to meet what is needed in the social environment with friends or group to which you belong to or are associated with. This is the process of completely disconnecting from this environment, so that you can celebrate and live your unique authentic Self. Reflect on what has happened these past 6 months, what have you healed, worked with, allowed or built? Chiron is asking us to pay attention to all that needs to be seen and healed, not to wallow in it, but to built on it or release. Make this clear decision now as Aries supports us to have the courage to do this.

The energy of healing and release is strong now. Have you been feeling emotional lately? I sure have and you know what that is fine and needed. We need to grief in order to heal and move on.  Give yourself permission to completely let go and cry if you need to.

I have just celebrated my birthday and usually Libra brings awareness to the importance of pleasure, beauty, and friendly engagement, though this year Libra brings a few hars realities thanks to the current transit of the Mars retrograde (Sep 9 – Nov 13) and the upcoming Mercury retrograde (Oct 14-Nov 3), meaning that we have more than usual the amount of issues to rethink, and rework.

These times are inviting and challenging us to pause and reflect and get more clear about what is truly essential. A process to be honored. Therefore I am spending less time online, so I can be more present in the moment and stay connected to myself and my surroundings. But know that I am still here and not going anywhere. If you need me, you know where to find me.

Due to the current circumstances  everything is under a magnifying glass. Our thoughts, our emotions, our needs, our worries, our blessings and our insecurities.
A lot of us  experience everything more intensely, because of our quality to process information in depth and in challenging circumstances, we become even more aware of it. And that also provides opportunities as it invites us to shift focus as this time is daring us to fully be ourselves, propagating what lives inside.  We are being asked to go for where we feel we want to contribute. These turbulent times challenge us to maintain confidence in ourselves and keep moving.

We have just celebrated Mabon, one of our final harvests, winter is coming and we are preparing for the season of rest and reflection. This is a time of change and transformation, don’t fight, but embrace it and know that the wheel keeps turning and the light will return.

Autumn is a time of reflection. The transition of the season brings us into the space of our inner realms. We look at the harvest that is occurring now and think back to the seeds that have been planted in the past year. As Gaia rids herself of all that no longer serves, we are being asked to do the same. Look closely at what is coming to fruition and what is stagnating and needs to be released.

In this time of seemingly little hope it is important to stay open to a higher vision, never stop believing in something better, never stop creating the world you want to see. Don’t give up! This is a time of transition and harvest, and a time of balance and realignment.  Take refuge in the slowing down of the season and seek guidance from your Ancestors.

This is our moment to choose which path we will venture forth on during the coming months. Will you choose something new for yourself?

We need to fight through chaos-fatigue as there has never been a stronger need for us to re-member our spiritual practices. I feel a deep need to gather together, even if it is online. A need to use our creativity to heal. I intend to give SoulCollage® workshops online in English and in Dutch.

Would you be interested in online SoulCollage® workshops
Starting with an introductory workshop, followed by 8 workshops working with the Wheel of the Year (so 9 workshops in total throughout the year).

Let us connect and build together!

I invite you to create your own sacred space within your art and share our experience in these virtual gatherings throughout the year. Let our SoulCollage® cards bring hope into the field of greater awareness; let it become empowered and ripple through local communities, and then in wider and wider circles. Let us connect our circles and become a beacon for hope and inspiration.

Please let me know if you are interested in joining these 9 Wheel of the Year workshops (in English or in Dutch – depending on the response I will plan both if needed) so I can start planning and keep you informed (it will be on either a Saturday or Sunday, please share your preference)

Thank you for connecting.

BE well

Love, Charissa xx
